2 Business Policy
DAG Consulting Ltd's business policy is to notify our customers of our terms and conditions, via our Terms and Conditions Internet page. By placing an order with DAG Consulting Ltd, the purchaser is deemed to have accepted all DAG Consulting Ltd's terms and conditions absolutely, as stated at the time of placing the order. DAG Consulting Ltd reserves the right to change it's terms and conditions from time to time in the future without notice. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

3 Purchasing Schuss
Credit or debit card orders for Schuss are processed by Worldpay and are contained on their secure servers. When the purchaser places an order, DAG Consulting Ltd receives a security check report from Worldpay. This indicates whether or not the cardholder's address matches the delivery address and whether the card security code matches. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the address they supply is the same as the cardholder's address. If these do not match DAG Consulting Ltd reserve the right neither to process the purchaser's order nor refund the purchaser's payment.
DAG Consulting Ltd also accepts orders by United Kingdom bank cheques, made payable to DAG Consulting Ltd.

4 Security
The payment provider, Worldpay, uses encrypted security software for all order processing, to protect the purchaser's credit / debit card information. DAG Consulting Ltd, however, cannot be held responsible for any losses the purchaser may incur, resulting from the transmittal of this information to this internet site.

5 Privacy
DAG Consulting Ltd is committed to protecting the purchaser's privacy and DAG Consulting Ltd complies with the data protection laws of the United Kingdom.

6 Delivery
DAG Consulting Ltd will normally deliver within 7 days of the purchaser's funds being cleared, but please allow up to 28 days from receipt of order.

7 Cancellation / Returns Policy
Should the purchaser wish to cancel their order, the purchaser must e-mail Cancellation@dagltd.co.uk, within 7 days of their original order, for a full refund.
Should the purchaser wish to return the goods they have ordered for any reason, within 7 days after receiving the goods, the purchaser must return the goods undamaged, in their original packing, to DAG Consulting Ltd, 27 Stirling Road, Larbert, Scotland. FK5 4NE. DAG Consulting Ltd will offer the purchaser a choice of a replacement game or refund of their original order value.
DAG Consulting Ltd recommends that the purchaser use recorded delivery as proof of shipping.
DAG Consulting Ltd will not refund the cost of the purchaser's return postage.

8 Availability
All products of DAG Consulting Ltd are subject to availability, and may unexpectedly become unavailable.
DAG Consulting Ltd will refund any order it cannot fulfill.
